Let me tell you some facts of making this so called music video, Gone
With You. It may ease your pain and balance the state of mind.
We were shooting a promo pics at my family´s summer cabin a few
years ago. When we were about ready to get back to the city, me
and my friends Caj and Janne decided to stay for one night.
Later that day I was sitting on a pier and got an intuition. Now as we
are here, so why wouldn´t we make a video. And so we did, my
apologies.
Gears for this spectacular video project was a bottle of vodka and a
video cam which needed to be re-charged every ten minutes and the
resolution was the same as it used to be when there was no such a thing
invented as a resolution.
No script was done and I´m pretty sure you are able to make that
conclusion by yourself. Every scene was shooted spontaneously, which is
also very understandable when you see the result.
But anyhow, the meaning of this video is to show that Rock music for us
is something else than being dead serious and look like a mean mother
f****r.
It´s all about entertainment and if some things don´t give
you that pleasure, there´s always a plenty of alternatives. Just
go ahead and find your own! I´m sure we all have an own
kind of sense of humor and I´m not the one to blame. / Janne
